Panther bowlers sweep Dodge City

DODGE CITY — Medalist Jordan Black led Great Bend’s bowlers to a 9-2 Western Athletic Conference bowling victory Thursday over Dodge City’s boys with a 669 series on games of 223, 244 and 202. Jacob Holden finished runner-up (654) on games of 204, 235 and 215 at Spare Tyme Bowl.
Great Bend medalist Jordan Vsetecka led the girls to an 11-0 victory with a career-high 623 series on games of 212, 227 and 184. Panthers Allie Brodrick (568), McKenzy Black (547) and Kylynn Keeler (534) swept the next three spots.
