Medicaid Expansion bill

Dear Editor,
This past month, the Kansas legislature debated and passed the Medicaid expansion bill. A bill supported by the medical industry and a large majority of all Kansans. A bill that would provide low cost health insurance to thousands of low income, working Kansans. At least 90% of the cost to be born by the federal government and that would reduce the cost of health care provided to our prison population. This would result in a neutral cost to our state budget.
