The Great Bend Middle School girls soccer team traded goals with Dodge City Comanche Middle School until the final buzzer ended in a 5-5 tie. Rain had delayed the start of the soccer season. 
Great Bend’s goals were scored by Yuslia Valdez, Yarlie Luna and Briana Perez. Coach Margarita Ayala said the A team showed lots of hustle and determination in a tough fought match. 
The Great Bend Middle School B team lost 2-0. The B team is coached by Mary Lytle. The Panthers held the Coyotes and battled hard with two well-placed balls getting past the Panther goalie ...
