I had the opportunity to meet Chief Couch for the first time at a veterans event, when he first came to town. Since then I’ve gotten to know Chief Couch and learn what kind of man he is.
Chief Couch is a man of honor, dedication, loyalty and honesty. He believes strongly in his officers and this community. As a Marine who served our country with distinction and as a law enforcement officer who has sworn to serve and protect, the City of Great Bend is blessed to have such an individual as our Chief of Police ...
