Land leasing questions addressed

One of the more popular topics that I get questions on is about leasing land for cropping and pasture lands and the laws that address it. Also, with Cheyenne Bottoms in Barton County, and our prime hunting areas for pheasant and deer, many people wonder what the laws are surrounding leasing, and what the rights of the parties involved are in the lease.
