Cellphone confiscated by police at tanning salon

A woman was inside a booth at a local tanning salon on Friday when she reportedly saw a hand holding a cellphone above the partition of the area she was in.
Great Bend Police Chief David Bailey said police were called to E-Z Tan at 1657 K-96 on the afternoon of Feb. 16. Officers arrived and took a cellphone from a male inside the business. The phone was collected as evidence.
A search warrant for the phone has been sought and it will go to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation for analysis.
