Barton baseball runs win streak to 7 games

EL RENO, Okla — The bats were in high gear for the Barton baseball team Friday afternoon as the Cougars traveled into Oklahoma for a pair of games.
The Cougars scored 24 runs in the twinbill, leaving El Reno with a pair of wins and winning streak that has now reached seven games.
Barton won the opener at Redlands, 13-3, and finished off the sweep with an 11-4 win. Barton is now 10-3 on the season.
Josh Hendrickson did show he could be scored on, however, giving up three runs while inproving to 3-0 in the opening game. The 6-4 left-hander ...
