Cougars set to make fourth trip to National Tournament

When the Barton men’s basketball team takes the floor at the Hutchinson Sports Arena Monday morning, it will be the fourth time the Cougars have played in the NJCAA National Tournament.
The most recent of those came in 2001. Barton was also a part of the National Tournament in 1999 and 1991. All three of those came as automatic qualifiers when the tournament had no at-large bids.
This will be the Cougars first at-large berth.
