BCC women lose to Tabor in tennis dual

It wasn’t the outing that Coach Lyle Stickney was looking for as the Barton women’s tennis team served it back up after Spring Break.
But, as they say, things happen.
“I knew we were in trouble when I got a call on Thursday that Shai (Cartmill) had a car accident on her way back from spring break,” Coach Stickney said. “She has several bruises and was unable to play. That sent us up that well-known tributary.”
With that, the Cougars traveled to Hillsboro to take on Tabor College Saturday, losing by a 6-1 count with a couple draws ...
