LSH receives 'excellent' rating for postdoctoral fellowship program

TOPEKA — The Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) has renewed Larned State Hospital’s membership for its postdoctoral fellowship training program.
APPIC sets rigorous standards for membership and participation in its postdoctoral and internship programs. After LSH completed its renewal application, APPIC and the Clover Educational Consulting Group rated the hospital’s fellowship training program as “Excellent.”
“This is a proud achievement,” LSH Superintendent Bill Rein said. “I greatly appreciate Dr. David Barnum and Dr. Robin Karp for the hard work they did on the renewal process.
