Kennedy and Coe, LLC, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, awarded Samantha Francis an accounting scholarship at Fort Hays State University. Samantha is the daughter of Todd and Linda Francis of Great Bend. Samantha is a member of the Accounting Club at FHSU and the treasurer and founding member of the FHSU Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
