O C McCrary will celebrate his 80th birthday on May 31. O C was born in a log cabin on Sugar Hill near Lincoln, Ark. to Doc and Zella McCrary. On Oct. 16, 1951, he married Wanza Lou Willis. The couple has six children, 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A career with Halliburton took them to McPherson and Great Bend, where they raised their family. Since retiring to the Ozarks, he is devoted to his passionate love of the great outdoors and the catch of his life, his wife.
