ST. JOHN - Lois Earline Scott, 83, died Sept. 20 at Leisure Homestead in St. John. She was born Oct. 13, 1926, at Texas County, Okla., the daughter of Hugh and Eunice Lyles Kilgore. She graduated from Hooker High School, Hooker, Okla., and attended Oklahoma Baptist University. On Jan. 22, 1946, she married Gene Hartford Scott in Liberal. He passed away in 2002.
