Aggravated assault outside gun store reported


Great Bend Police are investigating a reported aggravated assault that allegedly occurred at 1:15 p.m. Monday, outside J&L Coins & Jewelry, 1203 Main.

After an incident in which one or more people attempting to sell a gun were told to leave, a 19-year-old male returned, holding a shotgun as he stood outside the business, wanting the business owner to come out. At last report no arrest had been made.
