HOUSTON, Texas — Denice Watson of Houston, Texas, formerly of Russell, was born July 21, 1960, in Great Bend, the daughter of Alex and Minnie Watson. She died on the morning of Aug. 18. She is survived by her husband, Booker T. Cartwright of Russell, and daughters Shalonda Watson of Houston, Salima Watson of Sterling, Shalaya Watson-Cartwright and Vicky Hokanson, both of Houston, Deana Cartwright of Great Bend and Rashaonda Row ...
