Weems Jr. Grandparents of the bride-elect are Mr. and Mrs. Victor Marshall of El Dorado and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Fogarty of Jacksonville, Fla. Grandparents of the prospective groom are Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barnard of Jackson, Miss.
