ROSSVILLE — Clarence Darrell Flanders, 72, died early Tuesday, Sept. 28, at the Rossville Healthcare & Rehab Center in Rossville. He was born April 16, 1938, at Great Bend, the son of the late Elvin P. and Thelma M. Rediger Flanders. Darrell grew up in Great Bend and graduated from Great Bend High School in 1956.
