When Nita Mohr read a Tribune article about the Ellinwood Quilting Club making 50 “Little Dresses for Africa,” she was inspired. Nita and twin sister, Rita Roblyer, regular members of Great Bend Central Baptist Church, Friday Arts and Crafts group, decided that their group could make 200 dresses. Other church members and friends enthusiastically joined the effort to bring hope to girls, “changing lives one little dress at a time.” They started transforming gently used pillowcases ...
