Sedgwick edges Hoisington in overtime, 22-21

HOISINGTON — The Hoisington High School football team fell in overtime to Sedgwick, 22-21.
With time running out, and Sedwick driving down the field, a penalty gave it a chance at a field goal from four yards out.
Sedgwick’s kicker missed, hurling the game into overtime with the game tied at 14.
Hoisington got the ball first and drove down the field. Derrick Kaiser found tight end Cody Stetler for a 6-yard touchdown reception.
On the following possession, Sedgwick was able to move the ball down the field and score on a fourth-down play.
