Those who know they should be monitoring their carbohydrates and eating healthier are encouraged to sign up for the next St. Rose diabetes evening class. It is set for 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 15 in the St. Dominic Room at St. Rose Ambulatory & Surgery Center.
