Property reinspections are under way

County officials may be seen around property in the county as reinspection continues in the coming days, according to Barton County Appraiser Barbara Konrade.
“Barton County Appraiser’s Office personnel are in the process of finishing the annual re-inspection of real property, which includes residential, commercial and vacant properties,” Konrade reported recently.
And that means that county residents may see staffers on their property, the appraiser added. “Field appraisers will begin work in portions of Great Bend and Ellinwood. Once these areas are complete, re-inspections may be conducted in other rural portions of the county as needed.”
