Great Bend Fire Department

Firefighters made three ambulance runs on Tuesday.

At 12:41 p.m. they responded to a residence at All Seasons Mobile Home Community, 4 NW 30 Road, for a smoke alarm that was set off by cooking. There was no fire and no damage.


Great Bend Police

Tuesday reports:

Someone damaged the steering column and ignition on a vehicle at 700 Baker Ave.

Items were stolen from a storage unit at 708 Jefferson St. Loss was $1,350.

A chain saw was turned in as "found property."
