The 4-H Holding Board announced the following scholarship recipients. Chandra Devine, a 2010 graduate of Macksville High School, is a freshman at Kansas State University majoring in animal science and industry. She was a 4-H member for eight years in the Great Bend City Slickers club. She served as president for her club, the Barton County 4-H Council and the 4-H Livestock Committee.
