CLAFLIN — Four Barton county boys dealing with childhood cancer will benefit from the 6th annual Fall Fun Festival held Sun., Oct. 2 at the farm of Kyle and Melinda Kasselman.

On the warm, fall, Sunday afternoon, children, parents and grandparents gathered at the parking lot of Central Plains High School to ride a school bus 3 short miles to the Kasselman farm for an afternoon filled with activities. There were games to play, ducks to race, steers to rope, faces to be painted, hay to jump in, horses pulling wagons and carts to ride in, a barrel train to ride ...
