Property damage reports not all random

  The Great Bend Police Department received several reports of criminal damage to property last Friday and into the weekend. Reports included graffiti, broken windows and slashed tires. Not all of the damage was random, Lt. William Browne at the GBPD said Monday. Two vehicles that were damaged with spray paint seemed to have been specifically targeted.
