Preceptor Pi Chapter receives update on Makinna Ann Hope Foundation

Preceptor Pi Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi met at Oct. 18 at the home of Jeanne Schmitt. Susan Brown was co-hostess. President Janis Link led the meeting.
Guest speaker Kyle Krebaum, co-founder of the Makinna Ann Hope Foundation, gave the chapter an update on the Foundation established in memory of his daughter, Makinna, who died of an extremely rare genetic disease in 2008 at the age of 2. The Foundation works with the Sunflower Early Education Center, providing educational toys and equipment for special-needs children.
