Car hits pickup on edge of Great Bend

 

A Dodge Charger driven by Edna Holguin, 20, of Lewis, rear-ended a Chevrolet 2500 pickup driven by Michael Hart, 37, of Yale, Okla., Wednesday on U.S. 56 on the southwest edge of Great Bend.

Barton County Sheriff’s Office reports Hart was stopped on U.S. 56 waiting for another vehicle to turn onto Railroad Ave., when the pickup was hit by the car.
