Penn alumnus is mortified

Dear Editor,
I have been sickened by what I have seen come about at my alma mater. 
As a Penn State alumnus, I am embarrassed and ashamed that something that is supposed to encourage and strengthen young men has resulted in such pain. 
There is no excuse for this. 
It is my opinion and the opinion of many of the alumni that the Penn State Board of Trustees acted correctly when they terminated Coach Paterno and the other parties involved. 
 As the saying goes, “The greatest evil is the indifference of good men.” 
Real men do the right thing even ...
