Larry and Dorothy Panning of Ellinwood will be celebrating their 60th anniversary with a family dinner at noon on Nov. 20 at the St. John’s Lutheran Church Youth Center in Ellinwood. A public reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at 6th and Wilhelm in Ellinwood. No gifts are requested.
