Event scheduled Nov. 20

POSTED November 16, 2011 11:06 a.m.

LARNED — The Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Auxiliary will present the Variety Show this holiday season at the Community Center.
This is the 5th show sponsored by the PVCH Auxiliary. Sure to entertain, the “Variety Show” will feature local and area talent.  The afternoon matinee will start at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20.
If you remember the last show two years ago, the crowd enjoyed a “Winter Wonderland” theme. The Community Center was filled, and the show was a hit.
This year promises to be even better.
Jerry and Julie Ford are behind the scenes again, using their expertise in direction and stage décor. The Master of Ceremonies this year will be Luke Geer.  Tom Seltman will be the stage manager, and many talents in and from this area will be participating.
The entertainment will be varied.  A band, a singing group, several medleys, dancers, and some stylish piano will be featured performances.
“Montagga’s Group,” will perform along with Michael Wysong’s band. The show will have several twists and turns that will inspire and touch the heart of the crowd.
The Pawnee Valley Community Hospital Auxiliary women will sell tickets in November. Adult tickets are $5 and students are $2.50.
