LJCF staff honors Cee Cephus

LARNED — Staff at the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility (LJCF) recently honored longtime employee Cee Cephus at a retirement reception.
Cephus retired as the facility’s chemical dependency recovery program director after 15 years of service to the state of Kansas. He began his career as a youth service specialist trainee at the facility on April 11, 1994, and later joined the chemical dependency department as a counselor on Dec. 9, 1996.  Cephus was promoted to his current position on Feb. 4, 2001.
