LARNED — A retirement reception honoring Elanna Harger and Macy Cook, employees of the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility, was held recently with co-workers, friends and family in attendance. 
Elanna Harger, administrative specialist, began her career with the State of Kansas as a Mental Health Trainee at the Larned State Hospital Jan. 5, 1998.  She joined the clerical department of the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility as an office assistant III March 19, 2000.  Harger was promoted to an office assistant IV August 20, 2000, and to her current position June 8, 2003.
