A Great Bend woman spoke to Barton County Sheriff’s Office deputies and a Kansas Highway Patrol officer at 11:19 p.m. Monday, after allegedly being assaulted by an unknown male as she was walking to her residence on Marla St. She said after she was grabbed by the assailant, she used a hand-held stun device to get away.
