STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. — Eugene Dale Daubert, 69, passed away Oct. 11 in Steamboat Springs, Colo. He was born on July 26, 1941, in Great Bend, to Elmer and Florene Daubert. After graduating from Great Bend Senior High in 1959, he went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wichita and, in 1969, obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa Law School.
