Rohr to perform double duties

By Jim Misunas jmisunas@gbtribune.com LARNED — Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility Superintendent Kyle Rohr has been appointed as superintendent of the Kansas Juvenile Correctional Complex East and West in Topeka. The Topeka facility currently houses 224 males and 22 females.
