Information sought on daylight burglary

  Crimes Stoppers is seeking information on a daylight burglary that occurred Feb. 3 at a Great Bend residence. Police Chief Dean Akings reports that sometime between 7:30 and 11:10 a.m., someone entered the residence at 1401 Wilson St. through the garage door. A flat-screen television, computer and monitor, hand tools and many power tools were stolen, and the residence was damaged. Loss and damage will exceed $17,000. Anyone who noticed the burglar ...
