	Ellinwood American Legion chooses nephew of fallen soldier for Memorial Day ceremony

ELLINWOOD — The Ellinwood American Legion has chosen Richard Guyette as the featured speaker for the annual Memorial Day ceremonies. Guyette is the nephew of Thomas Edward Cooney who was born in Ellinwood, but died during the Korean Conflict at the battle of Chosin. His name has been long missing from the Legion war dead memorial.
