RICHMOND, Va. — Janice Flenner, 72, died March 16, 2012 in Midlothian, Va. Born Sept. 15, 1939 in Ellinwood, she was the daughter of Orville Carr and Mabel Boles Carr. She was married to Jack Richard Flenner Sr. for 51 years. He died on July 30, 2010. Survivors include a son, Jarret Flenner, Richmond, Va.; a brother, Ralph (Barbara) Carr, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her ...
