RICHMOND, Va. — Janice Flenner, 72, died March 16 in Midlothian, Va. Born Sept. 15, 1939, in Lost Springs, she was the daughter of Orville and Mabel Boles Carr. She was employed in banking. She was married to Jack Richard Flenner Sr. for 51 years. He died on July 30, 2010. Survivors include a son, Jarret Flenner, Richmond, Va.; a brother, Ralph Carr, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; and nieces ...
