GBHS falls 3-1 at home

It has been a rough start to the Western Athletic Conference season for the Great Bend High School girls’ soccer team.
Garden City beat the Lady Panthers 3-1 on Thursday at Cavanaugh Field.
The Lady Buffaloes went up 2-0 in the first half, and Great Bend, which has been riddled with injuries, couldn’t find the back of the net until five minutes remained in the game.
