GREAT BEND — Bonnie M. Mooer, 86, died April 4, 2012 at Great Bend Regional Hospital. She was born Oct. 14, 1925 at Belpre, the daughter of Roy Lee and Maggie Dell (Roby) Peoples. She was raised by foster parents, Ray and Grace Owen. She married Bennie Mooer Sept. 8, 1946 at St. John. He died July 25, 2011. She was a registered nurse at Hoisington Lutheran Hospital and the Central Kansas Medical Center. Mrs. ...
