HAYS — Evelyn Scheck, 95, died April 5, 2012 at St. Johns Long Term Care, Hays. She was born June 26, 1916 at Walker, Kansas, the daughter of Andrew J. and Barbara (Von Feldt) Scheck. She married Pete J. Scheck Nov. 21, 1938 at Walker, Kansas. He died March 19, 2004. Mrs. Scheck was a Hays, resident since 2004 coming from Great Bend, where she had resided since 1941.
