SALINA — William Henry Troutman, 89, Salina, was born Nov. 1, 1922, at Altoona, to Henry and Mabel (Smith) Troutman, and died April 9, 2012, at Inman. During WWII, he served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific War Zone. He was a vice-president of sales for the Mountain Iron and Supply Company, retiring in 1997.
