Great Bend Fire Department Firefighters made seven ambulance runs on Friday, five Saturday and five Sunday. Other calls included Friday’s carbon monoxide alarm at the Highland Hotel, and at 3:30 p.m. Saturday they were dispatched to the High Rise, 1101 Kansas Ave., to assist a person stuck in the elevator.
