Dear Editor, Congratulations to the “committee to Honor Jack Kilby” for the selection of John Holt to emcee the unveiling ceremony of the Kilby statue in front of the Barton County Courthouse on April 28th. It was my good fortune to have had John Holt as a student 35 years ago. He was a splendid student and student body leader who has gone on to achieve high honors in broadcast journalism.
