EDMOND, Okla. — Kevin L. Cook, 36, of Edmond, Okla., died Oct. 22 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Matthews Funeral Home Chapel in Edmond. Kevin was born March 27, 1974, in Great Bend, to Gary and Lorene Cook. He resided in Perryton, Texas, from 1974-1985, when the family moved to Cushing, Okla.
