LEAWOOD — Gertrude M. Dietz, 94, died peacefully on April 22 after a short illness. She was in the company of her family and the comfort of the Kansas City Hospice House in Kansas City, Mo. Born Feb. 15, 1918, in Barton County, she was the daughter of Peter and Amelia (Steinert) Nuss. On July 30, 1936, she married Arthur A. Dietz in Milberger. Together they had two children. He died on Oct. 15, 1982. ...
