LARNED — Larned High School has honored its May recipients for Student Spotlight for academics, athletics, fine arts and leadership/service.
Academics: Abby Ayre, Sophomore
A good student learns how to juggle family commitments, extracurricular activities, and other responsibilities, along with studies in order to achieve academic excellence.  
This kind of time management requires dedication and the ability to accept help and guidance when needed in order to stay on track and excel in the classroom.  
Abby gives back to her school in a variety of activities. She has learned how to manage all of those responsibilities and still stay focused ...
