Great Bend Fire Department Firefighters made three ambulance runs Friday, four Saturday and 11 Sunday. At 7:51 p.m. Saturday they responded to Cherry Village for a fire sprinkler malfunction. At 5:18 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to Cherry Village for a possible gas leak. Kansas Gas Service was contacted.
