GARFIELD — A Kinsley man died after losing control of a motorcycle after apparently striking a deer in southwestern Pawnee County Monday, July 16. Pawnee County deputies report Mitchell Jerome Olsen, 59, of Kinsley, was found by a family friend in the 2400 block of F Road northeast of Garfield.
